With the Animals!

Why not use our Farm as your outside classroom and reap the benefits of what we, our land, animals and knowledge have to offer.  Our location is easy accessible and there is ample parking.

At Lowlands Farm, every day is different and you may get to see a new life being born from a baby chick to a newly born alpaca (and learn what the correct name is for a baby).

Time approx: 10am – 2pm

Capacity :  Minimum 5 students – Maximum 30 students (plus your appropriate teaching staff ratios).

Overview:

• Educational talk/tour around the farm – meet and learn about our animals
• Small animal cuddles
• Seasonal activities = eg bottle feeding a baby animal / planting seeds / watching sheep shearing
• Nature walk (not wheel chair friendly)
• Bee inspirational talk
• Free time for you to explore the farm

The farm’s car park is easily accessible and cater for all size vehicles from cars to double decker busses.  Wheel chair friendly too.
